2、 Working principle of SZ Water ring vacuum pump:
When the blade wheel of SZ Water ring vacuum pump rotates, the water forms a rotating water ring on the pump body wall under the action of centrifugal force. The upper inner surface of the water ring is tangent to the hub and rotates along the main direction of the arrow. In the process of the first half rotation, the inner surface of the water ring is gradually separated from the wheel hub. Therefore, a space is formed between the impeller blades of SZ Water ring vacuum pump and gradually expands, so that air is inhaled at the suction port In the second half of the revolution, the inner surface of the water ring is gradually close to the hub, and the space volume between the blades is reduced, so the air between the blades is compressed and discharged. Thus, every time the impeller of SZ type water ring vacuum pump rotates, the space volume between the blades changes once, and the water between each blade is reciprocating like a piston, so the pump continuously sucks gas.
Because the water will be heated and part of the water will be drained away together with the gas, so the SZ Water ring vacuum pump must be supplied with cold water continuously to cool and supplement the water consumed in the pump. The best cold water supply is 15 ℃. When the gas discharged from SZ type water ring vacuum pump is waste gas, a water tank is connected at the exhaust end. After the waste gas and some water are discharged into the water tank, the gas will run away from the outlet pipe of the water tank, and the water will fall into the bottom of the water tank and return to the pump through the return pipe. If the cycle time is long, it will be heated. At this time, a certain amount of cold water should be supplied from the water supply of the water tank.
